For a modest fee, the tm ( ( telcomm ) ) configuration department will be glad to assist in the configuration of your network to your specific needs. tm ( ( telcomm ) ) takes further steps to ensure the quality of each product shipped from the configuration center. In addition to custom configurations, each product undergoes a recommended testing period that not only ensures component compatibility, but more importantly provides our customers with the confidence of purchasing products characterized by long-term reliability.

In April 2003, tm ( ( telcomm ) ) established a state of the art Network Operations Center to fulfill its commitment to offer the highest caliber of support and service possible. Customers of tm ( ( telcomm ) ) now can make use of this NOC in addition to the AT&T NOC.

tm ( ( telcomm ) ) commissioned its new state of the art Network Operations Center April 8, 2003. With the new NOC, tm ( ( telcomm ) ) can now provide 24/7 monitoring and support for all their services from Internet connectivity to VOIP wholesale traffic.

The wall of monitors allow tm ( ( telcomm ) ) engineers to constantly watch all network traffic running across tm ( ( telcomm ) )'s network.

Special software packages including the likes of  K2 PowerView are used to monitor  VOIP  route ASR, ACD and CDRs. Three UPS keep twenty four PCs and eight servers running in the NOC to monitor tm ( ( telcomm ) )'s extensive network.

tm ( ( telcomm ) )'s customers that use AT&T's products are serviced by AT&T's Global Network Operations Center.

The Global Network Operations Center consolidates the network management of data services (ATM, Frame Relay, and Internet Protocol), domestic long distance, global long distance, local service, and wireless service into one centralized facility.  It officially began managing the AT&T Worldwide Intelligent Network on 12/15/99, less than 21 months after the 03/31/98 groundbreaking ceremony. A mere 16 days later, its coordinated AT&T network operations during the rollover to the year 2000. The new building provides 198,000 square feet of floor space. Total cost of this construction project was $91 million.
