• Inbound calls to Executive Toll Free numbers will be billed at a rate of $0.03 per minute
• Inbound calls from Pay Phone will be billed a surcharge of $0.95 per minute
• Voicemails are sent directly as an Email attachment and are deleted from the system immediately
• Changes in the pre-programmed IVR can be programmed by TM Telcomm for a service fee of $79.95
• Expansion of IVR with extra options will be billed at a monthly rate of $ 0.95 per option
• Additional Voicemail boxes will be billed at a monthly rate of $ 0.95 per voicemail box
• Call transfers to destinations outside the US will be charged according to the enclosed rate list
• International DID's are available starting at a rate $10.00 per month
